1. Digital Goods Policy

All items offered by NovaRunes are virtual Dota 2 cosmetics delivered directly to the Steam account you provide at checkout. Once delivery is confirmed, items are considered used and generally cannot be refunded. In exceptional cases, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

2. When Refunds Are Possible

  • Our system failed to deliver your purchase due to a technical error on our side.
  • The item was delivered incorrectly due to our mistake.
  • Any other error directly caused by NovaRunes.

Please note: once an item has been used, traded, or gifted, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Refunds are not issued for personal preference or buyer’s remorse.

3. Delivery Issues

If your item was not delivered or was sent to the wrong Steam account due to a system error, please contact us at support@novarunes.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will review your case and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Buyer Responsibility

Double-check your Steam ID and Trade URL before completing your order. NovaRunes is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided during checkout.

5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Any attempt to misuse our refund system — including false claims or fraudulent payment methods — will result in account suspension and may lead to legal action. NovaRunes reserves the right to deny any refund request that appears suspicious or violates our Terms of Service.
