Are these Dota 2 items tradeable or marketable?

Most of the items we offer are fully tradeable and marketable on the Steam Community Market. However, some exclusive bundles or event-based items may be non-tradeable. Each item includes a detailed description of its status, so be sure to check before purchasing.

How fast will I receive my Dota 2 item after purchase?

Most items are delivered instantly via Steam trade offer. In rare cases, it may take up to 5–10 minutes, depending on system load. You’ll receive a notification via email and Steam once your item is sent.

Do I need to link my Steam account to buy items?

Yes, you’ll need to link your Steam account and set your inventory to public in order to receive items. Make sure Steam Guard has been active on your account for at least 15 days to enable trading.

Can I request a refund if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the items and the Steam trading system, we cannot offer refunds once an item has been delivered. Please double-check your selection before completing your order.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies. All payments are securely processed through trusted gateways.

Are the items genuine and safe to use?

Yes, all items are 100% legitimate and delivered directly via official Steam trade offers. We do not use bots that violate Steam policies or third-party hacks.

Can I gift an item to another player?

Yes! Just provide the recipient’s Steam Trade URL at checkout instead of yours. Make sure their inventory is public and their account is ready for trading.

Do you offer bundle deals or discounts?

Yes, we frequently run special promotions and bundle discounts — especially during in-game events or seasonal sales. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.

What if I don’t receive the trade offer?

If you haven’t received your item within 10 minutes, check your Steam Trade Offers page and email. If it’s still missing, contact our support team with your order ID and we’ll assist you immediately.

Can I sell my own Dota 2 items to you?

At this time, we do not offer item buyback or resale services. However, a trade-in feature is being considered for future development.
