🎯 Open Role: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Remote (Europe-based)   |   Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do
  • Support users via email, live chat, and Discord
  • Help customers solve trade, payment, or account issues
  • Collaborate with our tech and delivery teams to resolve bugs and delays
  • Document cases clearly and keep internal systems updated
  • Share user feedback with the product team to improve the platform
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional EU languages are a bonus)
  • Strong understanding of Dota 2 skins and gameplay
  • Empathetic communicator with a customer-first attitude
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
  • Comfortable working flexible shifts (some weekends included)
