🎯 Open Role: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Remote (Europe-based) | Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do
- Support users via email, live chat, and Discord
- Help customers solve trade, payment, or account issues
- Collaborate with our tech and delivery teams to resolve bugs and delays
- Document cases clearly and keep internal systems updated
- Share user feedback with the product team to improve the platform
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional EU languages are a bonus)
- Strong understanding of Dota 2 skins and gameplay
- Empathetic communicator with a customer-first attitude
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
- Comfortable working flexible shifts (some weekends included)
