Most of the items we offer are fully tradeable and marketable on the Steam Community Market. However, some exclusive bundles or event-based items may be non-tradeable. Each item includes a detailed description of its status, so be sure to check before purchasing.

Most items are delivered instantly via Steam trade offer. In rare cases, it may take up to 5–10 minutes, depending on system load. You'll receive a notification via email and Steam once your item is sent.

Yes, you’ll need to link your Steam account and set your inventory to public in order to receive items. Make sure Steam Guard has been active on your account for at least 15 days to enable trading.

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the items and the Steam trading system, we cannot offer refunds once an item has been delivered. Please double-check your selection before completing your order.
